Is there a way I can track my order?

Tracking is available for all orders. Once you’ve placed an order with us, you will be able to track your order with our automated delivery updates via email.

Will I have to pay customs for my print?

Orders shipping to customers in the UK, USA or EU will not face additional import custom charges.

What should I do if my print is damaged or lost?

If your print parcel is damaged, lost or if there is a print error, then contact me and I’ll guide you to get it resolved straight away. While ordering please make sure that you type in the correct address.

What about sustainability?

Good question – I am a conscious entrepreneur and since 2017 I have been working in the climate action tech space. So I’m very aware of the emissions caused by technology as well as other components of printing as well as logistics.

To start with this website runs off carbon neutral servers running on 100% renewable energy. I have a framework which monitors the traffic and calculates the website/print shop emissions in real time from external visitors. This way I get a figure for the carbon emission which is then offset via investment into social and environmental impact projects.

My print fulfillment provider also monitors their emissions and offsets it via Gold standard projects and WWF agro-forestry projects.

Furthermore, the print packaging is biodegradable and is made from recycled materials. The print facilities are located U.S.A, U.K. and Germany, your order will be printed in the facility closest to you so as to minimise the logistics emission. The logistics emission is also monitored and offest via end-to-end carbon neutral service.

So, in short we’ve literally covered all the bases when it comes to sustainability.
